I have purchased a soundbar and it have some issue when it's in warranty , i raise a complaint but technician didn't fix it and remove that part from my sound bar , now only one speaker is working ,many time i raise complaint but no one take action, now my product warranty is finished now I am unable to raise complaint without income, don't know why warranty claim and raise a complaint process is that much hactic BOAT. Need to work on customer experiences
