My family loves this movie so much.

For ppl who like this drama as much as me, I would like to share with you that in the novel there are a few more sweet scenes about the married life of Xu and Jin. Read only after you finished the drama. 1) Moon god (fox) invites Jin Mi to taste/test Tai Shang Lao Jun (god who makes pills)’s new pill invention (similar effect as the Yun elixir, which takes away the love feeling). Xu Feng stopped her to go and pretended to be really mad at Jin. I guess he is too scared that her love emotion will disappear again even if Lao Jun invented the antidote at the same time. To avoid being punished, Jin suggests to “cultivate” together because Xu is always happy and will give her hundreds of years of power afterwards. Xu is speechless.... then he “cultivated” her in every possible way in the bedroom.... 2) next day fox wants to see Jin, but Xu refused by saying that Jin is pregnant. Later, Jin asks him “when did I get pregnant?” Xu says “soon”. Then he puts a Chinese calligraphy by their bedside which reads “working hard will be rewarded”. Then she gets pregnant the next month. 3) before Jin gets pregnant and while Xu is working hard on the baby project, Jin is more and more depressed by day. Xu is so worried and he becomes depressed too. Finally he asks her carefully why she is depressed thinking that she may not want to have his child. Jin said no, it is just because she is so worried what “thing” she will get as a child since she is a snow flake and he is a Phoenix. Xu immediately felt better and assuring Jin that It doesn’t matter what their child is. 4) their first born son is an Egret (water bird). Jin is disappointed at first thinking that an eagle may be better, but when she sees the baby smiling her heart melted and totally content. 5) after several years, they have a daughter whose true form is a “Phoenix flower”. She is quite happy about this. Their son soon becomes the water immortal at young age and works at the heaven realm often. Their daughter has a close relationship with the flower goddesses and will most likely be the flower goddess one day. 6) the cutest thing is when their daughter is born. Fox suggested to name her “Mi Feng”. Jin Mi is happy that her name goes before Xu Feng’s and which meant overpowering Xu in a teasing way to her. But Xu changed it to “Mi Huang”. Because Feng is a male Phoenix and Huang is a female Phoenix. 7) after uncle Run Yu visited their son by the river and then met Jin. Xu came to find them and met them on their way home. He seems to be upset about something. That night, he could not felt asleep and his anxiety woke Jin up. She felt that something is wrong. Xu asks her “do you have something to say?” Jin wants to say nope but she knew she can’t say that out loud and asks him what’s wrong. Xu finally asks her why she didn’t ask him for power today? She is surprised because she never asked him daily only once in while. She doesn’t need that much power, but to comfort him she said she wanted 500 years of power. Xu played cool and said “ alright, since you ask for it”.... then he transferred her the power, felt satisfied and went to sleep. Jin, in her mind she finally realized why she always wants to get power from him and why he always wants to give her power. Both of them constantly want to assure that he / she loves her/him. Her way of assurance is to ask for power and he gives it to her. His way is to know that she wants his power for assurance (Super cute!!! this giving power theme is through out the drama). Jin’s metaphor is that she is like a rich person robbing money from a person who offers her with his wallet happily. Hope you like this ending from the novel.
