I know this analogy will be lost on some people but once you see the movie I think you will understand it if you have seen or understand the referenced movie. This movie is this generation's "Jaws". Incredible story driven by excellent performances by the cast gives this a summer blockbuster feeling. I actually came away from this movie with the same excitement or more than I did for Top Gun, and that's saying something. This movie was well written, directed, acted, and Keke Palmer should be up for an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of Emerald Haywood. I wasn't expecting much from this movie from the strange previews and commercials - I was blown away. There wasn't too many people in the theatre on opening night - nothing like Top Gun's crowd. I suspect that to change as word of mouth gets out. This is a must see movie in the theatre - GO SEE THIS MOVIE!
