The movie was just okay. There are some wonderful performances by Nicole Kidman, Javier Bardem, JK Simmons and Nina Arianda. But as a biopic it was a little murky at times. It jumped in sequence at times, and didn’t give us any clue as to where in time we were. They had Lucy say to Desi, “stop gaslighting me” - which we all know the term “gaslighting” was not used until around the year 2010, or so.
All in all, it was good but it had its flaws.
