KGF - Chapter 2 is a ridiculously entertaining adrenaline-pumping theatre experience and a satisfying feast for masala movie lovers.
Director Prashanth Neel is incredible at making sure audience sees every penny of his budget on screen in the loudest possible way.
Chapter 2 expands the scale and story introduced to us in chapter 1 and ends up raising the bar even higher. The makers were definitely quite confident making it, and it shows in every single frame. With electrifying cinematography, a phenomenal background score by Ravi Basrur, and beautifully crafted action set pieces, KGF 2 in its true sense is a Monster-piece. I still can't believe the fact that the entire movie was edited by a 19-year-old dude named Ujwal Kulkarni who created YouTube fan-boy edits. Hats Off!
Coming to performances, Yash is brilliant here as he was in the 1st film and he carries that charisma and dominates screen presence like anything. Totally loved the savage look of Sanjay Dutt as Adheera equally. His entry is one of the most visually appealing scenes in the film. Raveena Tandon creates a lasting impact with her limited screen time.
