This is in the top 3 of favorite shows I've ever watched. I've loved Star Trek since I was a kid and I think this show fits it's ideals in a way that is fitting for the time. I love the concepts used as well. They've put their own spin on a few situations already played out and they've incorporated a lot of things that are completely new and refreshing. This is Scifi so while I understand much of the tech will never exist, they've incorporated developing tech such as programmable matter. I think this show will definitely help the newest generation of kids with its strong moral stance as well. The message of equity and togetherness is still very stong. I think that many of what they try to convey has been previoulsy lost in the overwhelming place that is our world, but Im overjoyed that they are trying to place focus on these ideals. I'm glad to say I have been and will continue to stay a Trekkie for all that this franchise encompasses.
