Delicious is a great movie. It’s laughable to see reviews pointing it’s a movie about a mom running away with a teenager. That’s not the case. The movie is about class conflict. Those whoread Karl’s Marx Class Conflict probably glimpsed how the movie touche upon the differences between classes. Of courses it takes a negative approach on the rich, but I think it tries – and it does succeed - to make a point on how the poor are not necessarily dumb. Here we meet Teodora, a "maid" who masterfully destabilizes every relationship in a very stable family.
