I loved the first 2 episodes of the show which prompted me to buy the book before watching any additional episodes. I thought the book was great. I was so disappointed in the following episodes, the show brought in characters that weren't even in the book. They took too many liberties. They changed Harriet, Fran, and Walter too much. The work suspension didn't happen in the book. The Swift and Crisp product wasn't in the book. I didn't finish the show it deviated too much for me.
