Definitely see this with a friend or frienfd because there is a lot to discuss.This movie is interesting full of surprises and required an intellect that reluctantl understanding of the consistent pandering and racial disparity especially when it comes to black Americans under the wiise of whiteevAmercad intentional misunderstang of the black experience. There is a mixture of psychological impacts of a dysfunctional yet functional and successful family that has to come to grips with not only their individualism but the dynamics of family on the individuals as a sum of a whole. There were many characters introduced that screamed racism as a result of not understanding the impacts of racism but choosing to side with the broken parts as if they are the norm. Thinking the acceptance of negative characteristics toward people of color gives them a pass of understanding a plight that is not true empathy. There is a lot going on be ready to take it in and reflect later . I loved it!!!

Very hard to watch but the consistent strength and perseverance of Harriet made it easier. I loved the cinematography. She trusted her God and he delivered. The movie was great. Harriet Tubman was an extraordinary woman to be celebrated. The acting was excellent. Upsetting as ignorance still exist, but food for the soul. Sound score and casting good! SHERO! Every one should see.

I loved this series. Actors were spot on, made me laugh, cry, pissed me off!!! Some shocking instances. Names were closed to the characters personalities I.e. Charity, Grace. Although a church family they all had major flaws and skeletons as do we all. People treat these mega church families like they are angelic they are not they are humans. Bishop and Mae were awesome. This was an excellent watch. I was late watching everyone told me it was good and it was. I binge watched most of it that's how good it was .
