Let me start off by saying that I understand everyone has different tastes in movies. To each their own. I’m a person who’s pretty open about all types of movies, so I was actually looking forward to seeing this one. However when I say this is one of the most boring, anticlimactic movies I’ve ever seen, I mean it. Each and every scene is overly long and so so BORING. I’m not even lying it was so bad that I fell asleep on a double date with my boyfriend and friends and I finally woke up and was already dreading still being awake. If I could describe this movie in one sentence it was like watching paint dry. So long, painful, and pure agony. I kept checking the time to see when the 3 hours were up. The thing that annoyed me the most is that they take 10 hours to explain 1 small minor peace of information that isn’t important when they could’ve just wrapped it up in one sentence. It was also so confusing to follow. The outline of the movie was all over the place in my opinion. All in all, I think this movie is so overhyped and the best part of the movie is when it ended. If there was actually action and people talking normally and not taking 10 million light years to explain one thing, then I would’ve liked it. If you plan on seeing this movie make sure you bring a pillow and blanket because you’re going to need it when you end up falling asleep from boredom.

*Spoiler alert* Heartland is one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. It’s so good that I am currently rewatching all 16 seasons for a second time. I first watched this show when I was around 16 years old and I am now 20 which clearly shows the impact it’s had on my life. It sounds cheesy, but it’s the kind of show that gives me comfort. It’s not a basic show and although at times there can be basic episodes, it fills a hole for me when it comes to closeness of family. It definitely hits different for people who aren’t close with family (me). The only thing I will complain about is how the seasons later on just don’t hit as hard like the seasons in the beginning. I know that’s how most shows are, but when they killed off Ty, that honestly ruined the whole show for me especially since I’ve been a huge fan of him since the beginning. I think I was upset for a long time tbh because Ty and Amy’s dynamic is one of the main reasons I loved the show and that’s one of the main characters they kill off at the 14th season??I know he had to leave in real life because he didn’t want to pursue acting anymore (I don’t blame him after being in 14 seasons of heartland) but still they could’ve figured out a different way to include him but not have him involved. Idk that still bothers me knowing that because they deserved that happy ending. But furthermore this show will always be one of my favorites, and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it.
