In my honest opinion, I was born in 97’, therefore, I got the chance to experience this movie during my childhood. I was definitely not disappointed how of this version made by Tim Burton. It was not perfect, it was different, there was no Timothy or Crows, which was not even a big deal to me, and I am one of those people who criticize harshly with movies. I loved the cast! Of course Devito,Keaton, Farrell were amazing! Eh, the little girl wasn’t my favorite, her acting was too bland and not so great. Dumbo was cute as always! Of course there was CGI, I mean how else can we get an elephant to fly! The whole circus and vintage vibe was amazing! Loved the dark atmosphere and the moral of the story! Also loved how they incorporated the fact of abused circus animals, kids will now know a bit of the “real world” and how they treat animals in the circus! Really enjoyed the music throughout the movie, had a bit of “Tim Burton” in it, if you are a fan of his work, you will notice it too. Like I said it was different and was not perfect, but in the end, you should watch it because everyone has different opinions about movies and you shouldn’t base your opinion about something based on strangers words! All I can tell you who love dumbo is that everything will be okay and it’s not as bad as everyone makes it seem! Stop being so harsh on poor baby jumbo jr!
