Came into this movie with very few expectations. Slate and Day were an unlikely choice for the couple, but both ended up being outstanding. It was relieving to see Day shine outside of the role that probably everyone associates him with - Charlie Kelly. He outperformed Slate despite Slate also doing very well. Their chemistry was believable and the dialogue was mostly funny. It's a feel good entertaining film. Not an all time great rom com, but it isn't trying to be that. It's very comfortable with itself. I'd watch again.
