Again your response alone is bad customer service blaming the customer instead of trying to rectify or better my issue.
Being delivered the day before or after is the same inconvenience.
The confirmation email didn't state a date or say as you did not select a date it will be delivered the following day (this would have been helpful). Then I get a email that it has been delivered so all happened quick.
I suggest you make this mandatory on your website Instead of making excuses to make this review positive.
