Absolutely trashed a fantastic story, I'm pretty sure I could do a better job adapting the story and keeping it interesting with with 2 flash animators and a freezer of hot pockets. If you want specifics they are all too old, and too mature (two rivers folk) this makes them too sure of themselves and have no actual growth in the show. Lan is supposed to be a wall of a man, an absolute unit of a human being, mood is right but that's whatever. My boy Tom, Tom is not some rogueish cowboy dressed in all black who is an absolute prick to Mat. The man is a former court bard who speaks in hight chant or nearly high chant all the time, he has authority, and refinement, a patchwork colored cloak, does flamboyant magic tricks, juggles, performs acrobatics, and tells stories. Fane is excellen, creepy as f no notes. I've only seen the first 3 episodes BTW and could go on. This is just what I'm willing to write at 4am lying in bed after seeing Amazon had the audacity to make a 2nd season, after they already had the nerve to ruin the book covers by not putting a sticker on it, but straight up printing their stupid logo on the cover.
