Also proves the theory of maslows right that kids with all facilities usually fail to replicate the success path of their parents as they are pampered and spoilt while the ones at the lower rung of the society have an urge to achieve because they are ambitious hard working and have a passion to reach the top in order to escape the miserable conditions they hail from, and leave no stone unturned to turn their dreams into reality... Pandey and Mishra come from different social strata and have different priorities and prove maslows hierarchy right. Also this movie stresses on the hype of coaching classes in a students life as most are farce. It is a gripping tale of aspirants from different walks of life trying to carve a niche and make their mark by attempting to clear the countries top most civil services exam. This also shows the rural and urban divide that exists. The director has tactfully written directed and produced a flawless realistic movie based on a true story. Khudos to all actors and this requires better movie promotions to and word of mouth. This will be a great blockbuster and a great motivator for regular students in urban centers and also a yardstick for rural candidates in the hardships they would have to face in order to get to the top most cadre in Upsc.... Hats off to all the actors and the makers of the movie..... A must watch...
