excellent, extremely diverse, interesting plot, AMAZING CHARACTERS LOVE IT IT TRULY DESERVES ITS RATING

i love this show, the music, characters and overall story is amazing! the story is so interesting, and i cant wait for walpurgisnaught rising! if youre an older fan of sailor moon or magical girl stuff, this is an essential anime to watch!! the anime was groundbreaking for the vibe of the genre! with the darker moments and harsh violence, it inspired many other darker magical girls!! i love the sapphic representation, and it was especially good for in 2011! homura and madoka, along with kyoko and sayaka, the "i came back for you..." moment was adorable and i loved the enemies to lovers arc. i do have a few complaints, [spoilers ahead] in episode seven, there are two misyoginistic side characters who say the S slur, h-word and say dumb sh1t about their girlfriends, and luckily they are shown as terrible people. though i think it was supposed to be an awakening for sayaka about how awful the world could be, a place she was trying so hard to protect, there are such bad people there. im happy that she stood up to them and likely killed them when she turned to a witch. its a bit offputting with the slight nudity in the end scene, intro, and magical girl transformations, but they arent any innapropriate parts shown, so i cant be too mad. Overall an amazing anime, and i love it deeply! id rate this 10+ as long as the kids are mature, there is a ton of violence though.
