There was absolutely no plot, terrible terrible ending and this movie could have been done in probably an hour if there wasn’t those useless parts in the movie. In 3 hours you’d think there would be some character development but no absolutely nothing. Lots of part of it just leaves you with more questions because some things just super randomly happened. Honestly the two stars are for the animation and effects. Spoiler: Why did that girl just randomly had a seizure when she connected with the tree under water? Why was she different than her siblings and she seemed like she could breathe better under water? But seriously who was her father?? Instead of them showing the useless part of hunting the whales to get the serum, they could have worked on their important characters…

I was very excited to watch it but after the movie ended I was very disappointed! There were so many errors but first let me start with the movie itself that started really cheesy and the guy just fell in love with the the girl “Mariam” in a blink of an eye even though she was stealing from him! And the main actress “Eve Hewson” that was playing Mariam was a horrible fit for the movie and whatever she did, it didn’t make her look like a strong brave character that she was suppose to be! The script that created the love triangle was a dumb idea, some of the costumes didn’t even fit the people who were playing their parts for example Mariam was working in the mines but she was wearing a clothes that a rich person would normally wear not some worker! The action parts were pretty good but they could have a better climax in the movie and also a better ending! “Jamie Foxx” is a good actor but he didn’t fit well with his character of an Arab guy and his accent for “trying to speak some Arabic” was horrible!
