Slow as molasses in February. Characters aren't attractive or compelling. Plot twists soo contrived,. Scenery ok. Directing shared by two individuals? Why? Neither wanted to take sole blame?
Why is it many British directors are are seemingly hooked on ending so many scenes with the characters silently gazing afar, staring wistfully, like someone trying to decipher an Eye Chart printed in Aramaic?
That isn't good acting nor a substitute for decent scripting.
A lot like this drama, but a 3.8 rating is way higher than mine
