I've watched 60 Minutes for many years and it is usually very even handed about subjects. That's why I was disturbed about the Oct 6 episode concerning the possible impeachment of the President. When you read, and highlighted, the phone call transcript, you left out the last 2 sentences where he states that "Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you could look into it...That sounds horrible to me." A week ago, I saw a video on the news where VP Biden stated that he held up a large sum of money to Ukraine from the US until the prosecutor was removed and then he got it released. This was to show his influence capability. It was mentioned on the program that the prosecutor was looking into the matter of Hunter Biden getting paid $50,000 a month for a job for which he had little knowledge or experience.
That sounds like the President is trying to uncover the truth about a definite quid pro quo concerning an issue with the VP's son while he was in office. That's corruption whether Mr Biden is running for President or not and the American people have a right to know the facts concerning our international largesse. That doesn't sound like digging up dirt on his opponent. It sounds like Mr Trump is doing his job.
