Seems to be a lack of responsibility taken by the driver for the deaths not sure how it is in usa but in Australia you cannot legally under any circumstances glance at your device while driving,she keeps saying its not my fault a lot but that's bs and freeman calls her on it,I get it's a mistake an accident but the movie direction seems to limit the drivers culpability I couldn't get past that as here that would be jail
