I just can't believe that I'm watching this movie about two decades after the movie was out. For all those guys who are looking for perfect crime thriller, this is the one. It's even more hard to believe that this was edward Norton's debut movie. Words won't be enough to praise his performance , he literally kept us confusing till the end with his great acting. Even though the climax twist are pretty much judgable , it still shook us when it came to the end. It would be an understatement to proclaim this movie as just a court room drama with its realistic plot and brilliant execution, its worth more than the movie with same genre that are made recently. Along with Norton ,Gere has also given the performance of his life. The movie will leave us around thinking for sometime after watching it. I believe every crime thriller since this movie has a part of primal fear in it which some times they drastically failed to replicate as what the orginal did. I recommend this to movie-lovers of all kind, if you haven't watched it yet you are missing one great masterpiece!
