Before watching this movie, i read some of these reviews seeing so many being negative was something I couldn't accept as I am someone who has always loved barbie watching nearly all the films multiple times including the barbie life in the dreamhouse series. So naturally going in to watch the movie I was really nervous that the movie wouldn't live up to my expectations. I don't want to spoil it but this movie was extraordinary and discussed real-life topics. I am a thirteen year old girl who left the cinema crying cause of the fact I related to barbie so much. To all the grown men saying that this movie was all about women hating men that is all wrong, the movie was just saying how easy it is as a man to fall into the ideologies that they are better as the world is shaped in such a way. Obviously this isn't a reflection of all men but a big bunch of them, some of which i have dealt with in real life. One thing I think the movie could have dealt with better was kens having more of a role and society being more equal but accept from that I loved it!
