A very qualified and sweet modern drama, I feel it's surpassing even the sweetness portrayed in the novel. Especially the male lead Wu Lei, embodies my ideal type with his starry eyes, and captivating jawline, despite his youthfulness, he exudes a strong sense of masculinity. Both leads deliver very stable performances that are both sweet and convincing. The plot avoids excessive melodrama and unnecessary separations to ensure audience satisfaction; it is a very decent drama. Particularly noteworthy is Wu Lei's transformation into a truly sexy and charming character as he matures throughout the drama. His tender affectionate gaze towards the female lead deeply immerses me in their love story! He portrays an enamored boyfriend who longs for possession of his beloved woman.
