I love this show. It takes random people who become friends allot and challenges then on a wonderful setting. I've seen people wanting to quit in the first round and then Will Willis walk up to them and just talk to them and truly be real and try/get them to return and do it with the greatest respect. I'm sorry I can't say much about the new host, it hasn't been long enough. The judges are great and it's just all around a great show to watch.
