Having worked in several varying-level "retail" positions I can say it's good representing how people act in the stores. There's always an Amy and Jonah but people like Brett and Cheyenne make the show multi-dimensional. Some of the things Cheyenne says are just wild and Brett's stares are funny too. Mateo is okay too. I liked the Howie Mandel episode but the removal of Myrtle took away from the show. I like how politicking and "playing-with" employee rights are portrayed and they have hit upon issues in the retail system as well as out there - well for lack of a better word - a joke, and corporate America keeps taking the stuff away or making it harder to attain. Low pay and high insurance... if available (Platinum level for management). We could all learn something unless of course, you've worked in the situation yourself. Sure, quasi-skilled labor but should be paid by how hard they are to fill and keep people. There is another side to their argument, attrition costs many more dollars than better salary.
