Utterly boring and nonsensical. The protagonist goes to the castle by horse yet the count needs a ship to travel from mainland Europe to mainland Europe. The dialogue was rubbish. The acting was meh. Sometimes I would actually wonder if they were doing it on purpose

That series has only superficial resemblance to the books. It might start somewhat like the books but deviated so fast that it’s like watching something else. Utter train wreck
