They cancelled our flight last minute due to a hurricane (agree for safety reasons that was the right call to make) however they were unwilling to help us rebook another flight to get home. Their cancellation email did not list rebooking as an option so we selected to refund and tried calling their airline when we found all other flights were over $400 than we originally paid. We tried calling the airlines several times and were told they would be unable to book us with our original price. Seems like they are really taking advantage of people in situations like this and seems like an unfair business practice. Will never be flying with them again as this seems incredibly unfair and will let others know what happened as no one else should be put in this situation.
