Average. Not a huge fan of the depressed teenager take on Batman, and I despise a generic gangster take on The Penguin. I'm a big Batman fan and even I found this 3 hour film heavy going. I'm not entirely sure that another generic Batman saga is required. There are so many amazing story arcs from the comics that are yet to be explored on the big screen. But again, it's another do-over we get, which will undoubtedly generate various sequels.
