I love the original trilogy and this felt significantly better. Every actor delivered an excellent performance that felt genuine and authentic. This is the best remaster I have ever experienced.

Best movie I have seen in a long time. I had high expectations going in and this movie exceeded them all. Tons of fun.

This film was written to make fans happy with absolutely no regard to the concept of plot, consistency, efficiency or even common sense. Still, knowing that, it almost earned 4 stars until I watched it a 2nd time and was insulted at how lazy the plot was written. I'm not going to list all the plot flaws because there is 1 per scene.

They made a 5'3" woman fight fully grown trained men... it doesn't matter what movie that trope is part of, to me it is lazy, unnecessary garbage. The rest of the movie stuck with the Marvel code, "convenient/sellable=good". I miss Iron Man 1 days.

Best vampire movie I've ever seen. I enjoy and appreciate the direction and motivation for every character in the film. The movie obeys it's own rules and regulations without bending them for convenience. What takes it from 4 stars to 5 is it is very rewatchable.

The movie lost me when the first scene with Hook shows him carelessly shooting 1 of his crew just for saying "Peter Pan" then a couple of scenes later having the opportunity to kill Pan and not capitalizing at all. This failed to set a tone and commit to it. That is just an example of an overall bad movie that really just seemed like a money-grab than an earnest effort to deliver a quality film.
