Throughout the book, the words used are very easy and you can understand the meaning of the book’s text very easily. The 5 Killer habits are summarised by me as follows:-
1. The author tells us to - Wake up early always. Devote your first 1 hr to the goals you love. Your everyday’s discipline will lead you to success.
2. Become a hero. Do volunteering to find purpose in your life. Volunteering increases optimism, thus reducing depression cases. You can also become an organ donator. You may also donate blood.
3. Take solo trips to become self-reliant, daring & unbeatable.
4. Read books — If you want to live 100 lives in your lifetime. Try to read at least 5 books in a year.
5. You may not realise it, but once you develop a habit and practice it for months and years, you start following it religiously—it becomes your lifestyle. So, become more rational and logical in your life by always asking “Why?”
