Once again, Zack Snyder is given reigns to build a franchise, and once again, he fails in spectacular fashion. We all know he isn't a good writer, or good at world building, but great action is his guarantee- and yet he didn't even deliver on that. The action was poorly edited, poorly choreographed, and without any of the flair Snyder has been known for. And though several characters fill this bloated run time, he tells none of their backstories because he wants to show that with other films, comics, video games, and more. Did no one tell him about counting his eggs before they're hatched?
