This book is worth its weight in its entirety.
It portrays an inspiring story of four young men who made an arduous journey across the Arabian Sea from Gujarat to Nairobi.
They left their loving families behind in the hope of beginning a new life, free from poverty and the absence of the means to feed themselves and their families.
Having survived the crossing, it was decided
that Lalji should lead the group having shown
to be of strong character. He had always shown respect when dealing with people and was a good decision maker. He hd been well respected back home in his village in Gujarat.
The group were soon noticed by the growing business community and had gained a growing respect among their peers.
Things really began to look up for them when the local Bank Manager was impressed by their interaction and the work they were doing in their new surroundings.
The story goes from there, it’s inspiring,
and for me a great page turner.
You will also appreciate the accuracy of the historical detail and the beautiful imagery of the cover.
