Jay Shetty's latest book, "The 8 Rules of Love," is an absolute must-read. I loved his first book, "Think Like a Monk," and this one did not disappoint. Jay's ability to capture the many meanings of love, guiding through different stages of love, and how one can develop skills to practice and nurture love better than ever before is simply inspiring. His use of context from the Vedas is powerful, and I feel like I'm listening to him speak with every turn of the page, it must be because of listening to his podcasts almost daily. The quote that has stuck with me most is the one where you discuss how you defined love, for some it means "I want to spend the rest of my life with you." For some saying "I love you" means "I want to spend the night with you." If you want to understand the true meaning of love and how to apply it to your life, this book is essential. I'm going through a tough heartbreak, but Jay's wise words have given me the strength and knowledge to navigate this season. I can't wait to finish reading this book and to continue incorporating its teachings into my daily life. I would love a personalized signed copy of this book as a treasured addition to my mini library. Thank you so much for all that you do, Jay. Your work has truly had a profound impact on my life and I'm so grateful to you
