This is very fast moving and contiguous. Understanding of the first 4 episodes in their entirety is very important. Cast includes some stellar acting. Marina Sirtis is back acting. What a great face and talent from the Star Trek stable of great actors. (I'm was sorry to hear about her real life tragedies but she is real life proof you can recover.)Her acting talents were greatly missed. Johnathan Frakes is back as director in some episodes and actor in other episodes. Great to see his brand of urgency in the Star Trek world again. From behind the camera his abilities have grown and blossomed. Living proof that the Star Trek universe will tap all of your abilities. You will not be disappointed where this plot line goes episode to episode and season to season. This story line will reacquaint you with old villains and will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. Good guys always win. Wait a minute. At times Peril wins. But good is still a factor. Lots of great special effects with cutting edge graphic displays. Space travel has greatly improved since the 1960's. Different and maybe better. But believable. Enjoy for what it is and not for what it isn't. Use the same imagination that made and make the Star Trek universe so enjoyable. Many times I found myself screaming and sighing at the screen. Have fun this was well done. 🚀

James Bond this isn't. A mediocre script done well. Shot on video straight to streaming. Nice outing for all 3 leads. Better acting than the script. The 3 leads are the best part of this movie. Some references were antiquated but I'm not sure if this is a romcom or a spy thriller. But without the 3 lead characters this movie would be a dud. Not sophisticated but an ok romp.

David Harbors greatest role. No voices no deception. Just David. You almost believe he is Santa. I thought this would be your standard home invasion movie. But nope. Well worth the price to buy. Beverly De Angelo was great. Almost makes you believe in Santa Clause who is/was a warrior. I don't know how I missed this but it was great!

Uniforms terribly wrong in so many ways. From experience you do not carry an injured warrior on your weapon side. Only on your off hand shoulder. On your weapon side you cannot continue to return fire leaving you and your wounded warrior defenseless. Ok. Believable. No. Possible maybe. You never set up a position without multiple high observation points. And you never box yourself in without a clear path of egress or advance. Their positions were complete one in one out ground level structures with only vulnerable high positions in their base of ops. But Dispite all the plot and procedural blunders it was an ok watch where Americans come out on top again.

I liked it. I bought it. I watch it. At the time this movie was made and the 2 years or more it took to be released there were technology upgrades available for bigger bucks. It is what it is. A great sci-fi thriller with some very hard emotional issues to be dealt with and to be processed by the lead character. You can go back to the 1960s and see the original Star Trek and say yeah that's cheesy. But they got their point across. At the time it was a visual guess into the future. Here you have a fact based science and the speculation that if we could should we? You can not help but be empathetic to Williams loss and the worse than hard decisions he has to make to cope with his self imposed responsibility in the tragedy. But again if we were in his exact situation how would we cope and deal with such a loss? And then make life altering choices to take the only shot available to him. Critics can sway public opinion. I do think this movie got a bad rap. If the critics continue to pan decent films we could end up with nothing instead of something that takes us on a journey. Enjoy the journey for what it is instead of for what it isn't.

This is what you get when you cross the Star Trek universe Galaxy Quest Hell Boy Buck Rogers Flash Gordon and Guardians of the Galaxy. Irreverent and often times funny. It does take S1 E3 to get the characters setup the ship sequences setup and procedures and capabilities established. Then look out. It's not really that predictable. Well worth the watch. Sometimes funny. Other times very funny. Most times human ethics and emotions come out. Other times not so much. But again. Well worth the watch. It is truly amazing and a relief to know all alien species they encounter speak English.

What a pile of wasted money. ! High dollar talent doing well in the roles they were given. But Holley crap Batman. What a thoroughly pointless movie. Wandering plot lines and decent fight scenes. But it was hard to stay awake it was so boring. It was like video game characters got $100,000,000 to shoot a movie. I saw this on D+. The mouse must have been on crack when he wrote the check for this one. If you stop you get movie-interuptus . You have to sit through 2 minutes of commercial infomercials or more. It started sucky was sucky and ended sucky. Since the pandemic movies have gotten worse and this one takes the cake.The shark has jumped the track.

Great actors performing in roles that seem custom made for them. (Great casting) Seasons 1-5 seem to roll along with some hilarious moments of deep laughter as well as moments of deep heartfelt sadness. You really go on a roller coaster ride of emotions that play to whatever as a watcher you bring with you. It's relatable. Season 6 brings a strong cast and guest stars with Kristen Johnston channeling Chris Farley as a new regular is very funny. French Stewart brings a whole new fling to the episodes he guests on, and the late Charles Robinson is a welcome brief change to struggling plot lines in some episodes. There appears to be a long line of very qualified and gifted talented character actors securing even small parts in this definitely adults only comedy. This is no different in that Chuck Lorres' sit coms have all talented actors lining up for even a small role. And the scripts reward them with juicy parts and hysterically funny scenes. Season 6-8 seems like the shark is jumping the rails and it ultimately peters out. But the acting from first to last is amazingly talented and very well blocked. Green screen backdrops and car driving special effects is amazing. The animal acting ( cats and dogs )is amazing. I sat wondering if some scenes that were kept were actual actors filing in on an animal blooper. The way the sitcom schedule goes there are read through days and several blocking days and line revisions made as they go. This allows actors to shop the characters and make it tight and flowing. There are reshoots and edits made. But from start to finish the acting is truly amazing. Great show. But sadly they do not go on forever.

Some Bruce is better than no Bruce. Even if he's over dubbed. OK is ok. Nice mustang. Story a little weak. Rooker is ok. But like the chess piece is straight ahead and linear. (Until the end) Malkovich is toned down and not even a little psycho. (Red 1&2. ) USMC SS NOT USUALLY LIKE THAT. DISGRACEFUL. Why is a SS using a shotgun. Even 9 pellet 3" magnum or slugs. Not a good weapon. Low capacity. Hard to reload in open terrain. No take down power beyond 15' at best. Pea shooter vs full auto long and Gatling ? Necessary reciprocity. Nice tequila song reference. Home court advantage. Wow ending.

There are a couple of combat strategic errors. When you over power an armed enemy and you are not armed. You pick up and disable any arms you are not taking with you as you escape. You arm yourself then move. Especially if you have more enemy combatants to overcome. Knives long arms and small arms ammo etc. Torture scene is like the dental scene from Marathon man ;hard to watch. Procedure is to ankle monitor and confiscate any passports and close computer access. And ground an agent who is under investigation. Protective custody house arrest. Not done here. A couple mysterious wardrobe changes. Who forgets to load enough ammo for a gunfight? Bricklayer was much better.
