The show itself was a unique and visually appealing experience….. the staff however…. Different story.
Traffic was bad so we arrived right on the nick of time to a lady yelling at us to get in the elevator right now or we’re getting left behind, Yelling at us that we couldn’t get drinks.
I had purchased the VIP tickets so an extra 25$ a ticket, They did not reserve any specific area for VIP tickets me and my friend on her birthday had to sit away from each other. At the end of the show, they ushered us all out the back door down a whole bunch of flights of stairs out into the cold of night, no offer to use the washroom or anything, No thank you for coming.
On the tickets, it didn’t mention you have to come early to get your VIP seating that you paid an extra $50 for both people, and I did not receive my copy of the soundtrack. So because of how we got treated on my friends birthday, I can’t give it five stars the most I can give is three as the experience and treatment set the tone of the night. I can’t really condone the 140$ I spent on our tickets.
