I watched The Good Wife and The Good Fight and Elsbeth was one of my favourite characters, so I set this series up to record. She was so annoying I hoped that this was a 1/2 hour show but nope, had to endure an hour. I watched 20 minutes and couldn’t handle it all in one sitting. But I did find the second 40 minutes bearable. Very much a female Columbo as everyone else said, but at least he was a true detective not a lawyer sharing her “quirky” observations. Was going to give this 3 stars, but downgraded to 2 stars. Just one more thing (see what I did there!) - for those not familiar with the Good Wife, they mentioned the name Cary Agos a couple of times. He was also a character from the Good Wife.
