I am disappointed with this series of books. I find Gus and Newton's antics unnecessary and cringe worthy. Why would two grown men play at being SOCO's to entertain a cat? Surely the responsible thing would to have put Gus in his cat box. Diane is a Miss Marple type of character. Even the book cover seems to be very similar to Richard Osman's books.I really enjoy Rachel's other book series, sadly this one has let her down.
