The movie does help make viewers aware of different school problems in big city poorer areas than in the Midwest where I grew up. I'm guessing that Sandy Dennis kept putting her hair behind her ear, to show her nervousness to the audience, around the students. Thankfully she never gave up and stayed true to her purpose. The diversity of the students was somewhat interesting, but Sidney Poitier, "They Call Me Mr. Tibbs" had better writing and casting. The court scene went smoothly, and when ME finally introduced himself, was a very soft climax to the story.

It'll be good for younger women to watch. There are different types, ages and statures of men being tormented by jealousy, pride, rejection, lust, alcohol, money, and women then how they each react and respond to their close friends vs others in their personal and business lives. I'm 70 and remember watching this over 30 years ago and having completely different reactions to the story lines.

First time I saw this, after recording it on ch 364, INSPHD was today, May 3. The 36 rescuing soldiers that brought the first Gatlin; swiping out most of the feared Apache (Chief, Ansara, I always admired his acting and muscles!) tribe. The soft ending was perfect when🎶 THE CAPTAIN OH, CAPTAIN 🎵 was sung by Sergeant and the Captain, Gregory Peck, got his woman!

Cary Grant and Irene Dunne were a perfect comedy duo! I first watched this in the last part of 1990s, but I must have been too tired as a mother of two teenage boys to truly enjoy it! 😉 This was hilarious! Dunnes timing was spot on! 🤣 I'm 71, and I burst out laughing several times throughout the movie. Bellamy odd ball backwoods comedy acting was perfect! 👌 I love the short bit where Irene kissed him and he wrapped his arms around her waist and swung her flopping legs like a rag doll! 😂 I would have paid a lot of money 💰 to see what was cut out!

Glad Jack decided to put it back out in circulation. It's what I'd call a SOFT thriller with suspense and better than average acting. Good cinematography.

I'd watched this decades ago when I was in my 2nd year of our 46 year marriage, and a 1 year old son, working a full time job and thought I could or needed to do all 3 things well. But, after the first 20 minutes watch the video taped movie, I fell asleep and never finished it. Now retired for nearly 20 years, I watched this 5 Star movie, actors and direction with great pleasure. Katherine Hepburn was fantastic, Henry Fonda's dry, sarcastic wit, and Jane's need to forgive her "Norman" father were perfectly cast. Billy's part was acted well too. Highly recommend it. 👌

I started watching at the end of season 3, and became totally HOOKED by the second episode. It's set up to watch every episode on my DirecTV, local PBS channel 34. If you appreciate animal husbandry, the trials and tribulations of family combined with business and times spent in England during the earliest stages of WW2, this is a contagious infection that won't be cured with an antibiotic.

It didn't keep me interested. Didn't realize it was the 3rd (?) of a book series. Maybe after 70 years of life, I needed or expect more

Every creature has a free spirit. Enjoyed.

Good twists and turns in the story; most expected. Charlie and his daughter were the best in their roles. I did cry at the end when his daughter stopped in the doorway to read the essay. Good ending. Too many codependent people which explains why their lives were messed up. I wanted to throw the meatball subs down to the parking lot! I wanted to give it a 4.5, but at least, this 5 will raise the 4.3 average a tad. Nice job Brendan Fraser 👏 👍
