I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Kellyann’s products & books! I was on a journey to regain my health prior to the start of Covid. I worked hard to lose weight & was dabbling in a few different diets, trying to find the best fit for me. In the fall 2019, I was the same weight I was when I got married 20 years prior &, while I felt good about my weight, the diets I was using to get there were not sustainable. The one thing I did learn was that my body needs fewer carbs & I love carbs. So, with Covid & shelter-in-place & dwindling availability of food on the shelves in grocery stores, I went back to baking bread from scratch, taught my kids to bake, & packed back on much of the weight I’d been happy to lose. I happened to catch an ad with Dr. Kellyann promoting her bone broth diet & felt very much like I could relate to her story. I absolutely love her books! Her various programs allow me/you to work within my/your timeframe & comfort level to accomplish my/your goals. It’s very sustainable too. I have gotten into a habit of doing the 5 day cleanse & reset once a month. I look forward to it & feel squeaky clean inside & out afterward! When I have the opportunity to buckle down & focus, like during the season of Lent when I typically give up gluten, dairy, & alcohol, plus keep my net carbs to 20, I start with the 1 day keto fast, then the 5 day DKA cleanse & reset, followed by the 10 day DKA Slimdown belly blast diet plan, & bring it home with the 21 day DKA bone broth diet! It kicks my cravings, my skin & gut feel radiant, my energy level improves exponentially, & my sleep improves. Whether or not I’m following her awesome programs (of the 3 I listed), I have found that my day starts best with DKA collagen in my morning coffee & with DKA lemon sips in my morning water. Invariably, I choose to make what I call my ‘green goddess smoothie’ for lunch either using DKA collagen or DKA bone broth protein powder (vanilla or chocolate), a scoop of DKA superfood fruits/veggies, & lots of fresh veggies, a healthy fat, & a closed handful of blueberries. It’s delicious & filling! Mid-afternoon, I am in the habit of enjoying a mug of bone broth (DKA has so many yummy flavors & I make my own sometimes too using wonderful DKA recipes!). Her writing/speaking style, her lessons, & her science behind her writing & products is amazing! It is sustainable goal attainment & DKA books & products will help you get there! I highly recommend DKA!!!
