This is a very well presented history of how the American car was marketed and advertised from the end of WW2 right through to 1969. It shows how fashion influences so much in any form of design, and how, in the period illustrated, American ways of doing most things was internationally influential.
There are a few typo. issues here and there but the value of the images is superb, and the informative and well judged text is excellent.
I spent 30 years in the UK car colour and trim world, and was moved by how much we emulated the American way.
