My wife and I were excited to listen to this book on tape based on really interesting content. This is like a History Teacher with an incredible subject sucking the life out of every aspect of it and making the students detest history and the teacher. We were 5 hours into a long trip when we started having fantasies of steering into an oncoming Semi Truck or possibly teleporting back in time to be one of the "alleged victims" being dismembered and disemboweled....anything so I don't have to listen to one more second of this rambling, made up big word or sheer boredom. Unless you haven't slept in a month without a cure......DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR TIME ON THIS BOOK. If you are one who has uncurable insomnia......you will be sound asleep in 26 mins snoring like a freight train. Absolutely NO WAY any of the 5 start review peeps are real or read/listened to this actual punishment of a book. I am now mad at myself for even spending more time on this subject....but I am hoping to save others who may want to get involved in it. Other things to do.......Paint a wall in your basement and watch it dry. Water your front lawn and watch it grow. Have a Staring Contest with a statue. All better things to do. Thank you.
