David Grand wrote a wonderful book. Of course the movie decided to go its own way. I was rather disappointed in it and there was no reason for it to be 3 1/2 hours long either.
Scorese pays homage to the Osage just before the movie starts. He shouldโve apologized to the Osage for screwing up the story.
The acting was spot on but there were several things that just didnโt gel. ๐
