This was a visually beautiful portrayal of trust, love, and the deep importance of empathy. There are three characters in this movie and they are all different in that one is human, one is robot, and one is dog. Yet they all display actions that make them alive and unique. They all have endearing charististics that develope throughout the film that make you fall in love and flaws that help you relate and encourage a different point of view. SpoileR: It really hit me hard when the man reaches out at the end of his journey to finally shake hands with the caretaker he made for his best friend.....and that robot turns the handshake into a hug goodbye *needing tissues*
