I always had the utmost respect for Capt Sandy when I first watched her on this show. Not any more unfortunately. She has no people management skills whatsoever, and is most definitely a micro-manager. But it was the incident with Hannah and the valium that finished it for me, that was when the last of my respect for her went out the window. It was handled in the most unprofessional way possible with no investigation about the allegations at all. She simply confronted Hannah about the drugs and then fired her. All the rest of it, on the dock with Hannah, was Sandy trying to justify her actions. Same thing when her and Malia were discussing it later, they were both trying to justify themselves in how they mishandled the entire episode. As for Malia......Well, didn't she show her true colors? When Capt Sandy received that photo from Malia, the first thing she should have asked her was "where did the photo come from?" If she went into Hannah's personal things to find the valium, then she should have been fired on the spot. That is the same as theft. Malia is exactly as Hannah described her, a snake who cannot be trusted by anyone. She likes to suck up to Capt Sandy and run to her telling tales on other crew. The one thing I am happy about is that the majority of support from viewers has gone to Hannah, and rightly so. I sincerely hope that BravoTV never has Capt Sandy or Malia back on their show again. Maybe they can start their own reality show together, they are very well suited.
