YES THEY ARE RACIALLY ETHNICALLY ETC COMPLETELY FAIR... I personally tired of the prejudice crying ...by viewers.
I have never seen the kitcheb equipped with a 'comal'. In english-a griddle. Used to make tortillas. Seen grills n griddles but not a comal...its useful item๐
