It's actually a great documentary. However, a documentary on gender inequity in Hollywood, with a particular emphasis on the lack of female directors being hired in the industry, with 89% of these directors being white males, I find more than a little ironic - as this film is directed by, you guessed it, Tom Donahue, a white male.
I would have given it 5 stars if they had practiced what they preached.
