My little brother LOVES this show. Since most little kids watch this show, the amount of limited characters is nice, considering some kids may get confused when there are a bunch of characters in one setting. Another thing I love about this is the fact that the show is animated. When a show or picture is animated, its helps shows kids that some of the actions are NOT REAL. For example, in the Wild Kratts, they can shrink and turn into "creatures". If it was live action with a ton of editing, the shrinking would look real and kids would believe that its actually possible to shrink, but... since the show is animated, it gives the kids an idea that humans can not actually shrink. Then, at the starting and ending of the show, they have live action clips that show real humans and the animals!
