If you’re into period pieces then this movie is a good watch. Joaquin Phoenix is, as usual, interesting to watch.

The actual concept and storyline are a fascinating look at the possibilities of AI and human interaction to it. But the movie itself really does trod along at a sometimes painfully dull pace which is unnecessary for the viewer to be invested in the story and characters. Speaking of the characters; the movie was beautifully acted.
