The greatest part was the start of the new Perry Mason is a view into the beginning of a ruffled veteran . This was very believable of the war torn period and a nightmare painted that would leave any human rattled . That stated my wish is by season 2 end this aura be dumped of the frail idea of almost delicate entry into how Mason came to be and emerged the warrior of truth and justice . He looks to be slowly evolving I hope due to longevity that may be or the idea of a long and healthy series run ? I hope this to be true . The cast is amazing and skilled . The feel of a long distance run is hovering . The shock factor or "oh my" is close per episode . The people involded is a promise to quality and dedication to success . The details are well presented . The "question"(what now) is case based and powerful to keep the curious tuned and attentive . Beware the watcher , you may become addicted . Well done all .

Allison Janney as Lou left me amazed , dazzled and wanting more . The gal that has impressed upon me that yes there is a female version of Clint and I had never imagined the possibility . Well done Allison , your best I have seen and in fantastic form .

The lighting needs to be greatly improved and due to darkness it is very hard to see in much of the show . That is the only downside and still getting a 5 from me for story quality . Fantastic , intense and brings a need to follow .
