We scheduled a move about two weeks ago and never received email confirmation or any of the documentation they said they would send. We finally got a call today (after calling and attempting to email for over a week, their email listed on the website doesn't work). At this point we had already called our bank to file a chargeback for lack of sufficient services and scheduled with new movers. I let the employee who called today know that we didn't want to proceed, we wanted to cancel.. he was like okay, we will refund this card on file, have a great day. Didn't even ask what they could have done better or offer ANY sort of apology for the complete lack of customer service .. nothing. Something tells me this happens all too often for them by this response. Don't waste your time, energy, or money on this company.
